Our Director Jo Irwin.
Founded by Jo Irwin in 2013 and based in the west of Ireland, we provide highly-rated business and management skills training to clients throughout Ireland and the UK.
We also specialise in providing the very best interview skills coaching and have extensive experience supporting people through the competency-based interview process.
Our Results.
Since launch in 2013, i4 Training doubled its turnover year on year during the 1st 3 years by word-of-mouth recommendations alone, to a point that (even during the global pandemic) we are kept extremely busy whilst enjoying a healthy work-life balance.
To date, Jo has coached over one thousand interview candidates with a current successful hire rate approaching 85%!
