During my 18 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, I lead a national training team who designed and delivered valuable training to groups within the NHS and HSE. This brings a sound understanding of the pressures facing those working in healthcare and means that i4 Training programmes really are tailored to meet the learning outcomes of busy healthcare professionals.

I have built a reputation for designing and delivering innovative management and personal development training. By providing quality training which will genuinely improve skills, I believe that we can provide something meaningful to you and your teams and in this in turn can increase resilience and boost morale.

Recently, I have developed several on-line webinars focused on remote working. These include Virtual Patient Engagement and Education in a Virtual World.

I am absolutely passionate about what I do. I believe that this unwavering passion is what drives me to continue to deliver highly-rated training and successful coaching support 25+ years on!

Jo has the experience and knowledge of the health service to make the team development sessions both relevant and highly beneficial. The team found it useful to bring in an "external" facilitator in to help discuss current issues and how to resolve them.
