Our Director.

With a background in professional sales, and over 25 years of training/coaching experience, I launched i4 Training in 2013 after taking a voluntary redundancy package from a large multi-national pharmaceutical company. I successfully grew the business, doubling turn over year on year for the 1st 3 years, based completely on word-of-mouth recommendations.  I liken being a trainer and coach to being a baker! You are only as good as your last cake, however if your cakes are good, people will not only keep coming back for more, they will also recommend you to all of their friends!

In addition to my 18 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, I am now delighted that my client base spans a wide range of sectors and industries. Having taken sound advice to grow my business from where I was known, I have a huge experience of working with individuals and groups within the HSE and NHS. This brings a sound understanding of the pressures facing those working in healthcare, along with transferrable knowledge and skills that are so applicable to many other organisations.

I have built a reputation for designing and delivering innovative management and personal development training. By providing quality training which will genuinely improve skills, I believe that we can provide something meaningful to you and your teams and in this in turn can increase resilience and boost morale. I have frequently been invited to speak at national conferences and has been interviewed on several occasions for well-known podcasts.

Interview Skills Coaching:
My reputation stems from the high success rates of my clients.

Although I am very much known for my knowledge and expertise in HSE interviews, the ability to shine in competency-based interviews is a challenge faced by many clients across both other public and private sectors. It is my background as a sales person combined with years of communication skills expertise that seems to make the difference. My coaching is focused on helping individuals to use a clear, clean structure so they can cut down on the waffle and really sell their skills and experience.
