Our ethos is that one size does not fit all and every intervention is tailored to learning objectives and time available. Nothing is “off the shelf” and this is certainly true when it comes to facilitating team building sessions. Although many groups experience similar issues around communication, clarity of roles & responsibilities and the ability to implement change, it would be foolish to think that one set formula would fit any individual team scenario.
